Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping is INR 199
Express Shipping (only in India) is INR 499.
International shipping will be calculated as per location.

Shipping Time
Processing an “in-stock” order takes upto 2-3 business days.

After the order has been processed:
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within India.
Express shipping: 1-2 business days in metro cities. However, for other tier 1 and tier 2 cities, the delivery time will be 3-5 days. business days (Monday-Friday) within India.
International Shipping takes 15-20 days for delivery.

In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and our team will send you a notification of delay via email or WhatsApp.
If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 7-10 days for your purchase to be processed.

Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Service Delays
ORAYA is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, festive seasons or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

Regarding liability, the shipping company will be responsible for any damage caused during transit.

Custom Fees
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– ORAYA is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.

Return Policy
The return has to requested within 7 days from the date of product delivered for domestic orders. We do not accept returns on international orders yet.
Return requests will be accepted and shipping will be borne by ORAYA only under the following conditions:

- If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
- If the package is damaged.

To return a product, videos of unboxing & pictures of the defect must be sent to us.

Returns will not be accepted on orders placed using discount codes, sales or customised orders.

If you decide to return a product that is not defective and the return is driven by your personal preferences, shipping charges will be borne by you. The fixed charge for the same is INR 500. In exchange of the piece, store credits will be provided to you that will be valid for up to 3 months for use.

For either of the cases, please inform us in due time and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.

Store Credit (If Applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email acknowledging its arrival and subsequently inform you of the status of your return request. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit as the resolution.

If you return a product and receive store credit, the sale using store credit will be final and no exchange for another product or size or return will be accepted on this order.

Refunds
We only issue store credit for returns. We do not offer refunds.
