Shipping Charges
We offer free domestic shipping. 
Express Shipping (only in India) is INR 600. 
International shipping will be calculated as per location. 

Shipping Time
Processing an order takes upto 3-7 business days. 

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within India.
Express shipping: 1-2 business days in metro cities. However, for other tier 1 and tier 2 cities, the delivery time will be 3-5 days. business days (Monday-Friday) within India.
International Shipping takes 15-20 days for delivery.

In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and our team will send you a notification of delay via email or WhatsApp. 
If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 7-15 days for your purchase to be processed.

Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Service Delays
ORAYA is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, festive seasons or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

Regarding liability, the shipping company will be responsible for any damage caused during transit.

Custom Fees
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– ORAYA is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence. 

Return Policy
We only accept returns in the following condition: 

- If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.

To return a product, videos of unboxing & pictures of the defect must be sent to us.

The return has to requested within 7 days from the date of product delivered for domestic orders. We do not accept returns on international orders yet.

All items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of a sizing issue on full price purchases, we can offer an exchange of size. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
