We understand the importance of finding the right size for a perfect fit. For every product, we provide a detailed size chart. This size chart includes measurements for various aspects of the product to help you make an informed decision.
We also provide the measurements of the model wearing the product in the product description. Please bear in mind our silhouettes do vary from a slim to oversized fitting – so please always check the description. This gives you a visual reference for how the product fits and helps you gauge how it might look on you.
If you have any questions regarding the fit of a garment please reach out to our team before purchasing, we’d be more than happy to help.
Currently, we only provide the option to customise the measurements of the product. Customisation charges will be applicable additionally.
During the checkout process, you'll find an option labelled "Add a note to your order" in your cart. Here, you can provide specific customisation details or requests you have for your order. Additionally, you can also drop us a text on our WhatsApp and we can discuss it further.
Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page and we will also include a care note on the hang tags. We recommend washing darker and lighter colours separately. Hand wash is recommended for all.
While we strive to present product colours as accurately as possible on our website, please be aware that the precise representation of colours may vary due to differences in computer monitors and electronic screens.
We understand how disappointing it can be when a desired product is out of stock. However, there's still a chance we can help you get what you're looking for.
If a product is marked as out of stock simply contact us and provide the details of the product you're interested in. Our team will do their best to check the availability and give you a timeline for restock.

If you have given the incorrect address, please contact us either on our email or our Whatsapp within 2 days. Rest assured, we will make the adequate changes immediately.
Once an order is placed, modifications are not feasible. However, if you wish to adjust or add items, you have a 24-hour window from the time of order placement to contact us and we shall try our level best to assist you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. Provide images and videos of the damaged item and its packaging. You must inspect the product upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours via email if it doesn't match your order. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the goods as ordered.
